What better way to start your day in New England… About Deadly Grounds:Deadly Grounds Coffee started with the idea that if you’re going to start your day with a cup of coffee – you better make it a great one. We don’t think it’s too much to ask. Our blends consist of carefully selected gourmet coffee beans harvested by seasoned growers from around the world. Fresh roasted here in New England by skilled master roasters in a unique way that allows the true flavor of the bean to come through. All without the bitter aftertaste or harsh over roasted flavor that unfortunately passes for gourmet coffee these days. Its coffee the way it was meant to be. Fresh. Bold. Delicious. It’s coffee to die for. Whole Bean/Ground:
Getting the Most Coffee from your Coffee: The quality of the water that you use to brew your coffee is just as important as the quality of the coffee. Since coffee is 98% water – if your water doesn’t taste good, then your coffee will not taste good. If you’re using tap water, filter the water through a quality charcoal water filter. This will remove chlorine, odors, and bad tastes from your tap water, or use spring water if you prefer. |
Deadly Grounds Coffee’s New England Sunrise is exclusively offered through The Dock Shop Nautical Boutique in Norwalk. New England Sunrise is a dark roast coffee with incredibly smooth flavor yet bold enough for those that want rich coffee taste.
Deadly Grounds Coffee is offered in whole bean only. One of the many benefits of our coffee is its freshness. Coffee begins to lose that freshness and degrade quickly after its ground. If your true coffee fanatics like us, you want every cup from every pot to have that fresh taste. Deadly Grounds Coffee is best ground right before brewing. A medium grind allows water to filter through properly and releases the flavor of the coffee. If you grind the beans too course, water will pass through too quickly to be able to extract the full coffee flavor and you’ll end up with a weak coffee. Grind the coffee too fine and you may find its too bitter and coffee grounds will make it into your cup.
